Design of the Experience

A series of invitation-only receptions were created across nine FIFA World Cup 2026™ host markets, each co-hosted with trusted partners to engage their most valuable networks. The experiences were designed to move beyond a traditional sales conversation, combining hospitality storytelling, product education, networking, and access to influential voices from sport and hospitality to help guests envision the possibilities of Premium Hospitality.

Outcomes

The receptions directly generated more than $4 million in closed business, while strengthening strategic partner relationships and creating new opportunities with corporate buyers, UHNW and HNW audiences. The events also generated content and storytelling opportunities that extended the impact beyond the room.

Why It Worked

The strategy was built around a simple insight: premium audiences do not need more information, they need to feel what the experience makes possible. By combining trusted partners, personalized experiences, and authentic voices, the receptions transformed Premium Hospitality from a product to purchase into an opportunity to create meaningful moments and lasting relationships.
